ONLINE: QVC YOU NEED BETTER PHOTOS AND INFO

Maybe, it is just me, but I find the shopping experience online is not the same at QVC. For instance, I buy from L.K. Bennett, Reiss and j.crew.   The photos at QVC do not enhance the appeal of the clothing.  I like a "quick look" option and the model height is not given.  Why not use a 5'10" and a 5'2" model for LOGO and IM clothing?  At least you could judge how clothing fits on tall and petite models.  Sometimes the host on the video forgets to ask the model their height.  Additionally, I like natural fibers and I wish there was an option to search for a specific fabric.

I dislike the trouble and expense of returns.  Why not make as much info available as possible to the consumer and cut down on the number of returns.  At some point if you have trouble figuring out sizing with a certain company you end up going elsewhere.

Hello @April-Rose - Thank you for your insightful suggestions and I wanted you to know that I passed them along to our website teams. Thanks and have a great weekend!

Good luck april-rose !

I'm still waiting on the auto loading of videos and volume buttons that are muted. I gave up.

I agree about the online videos and often the size chart is not there or is incorrect.

I've stopped buying clothes from QVC. Broke my rule recently and it was a mistake.

I agree @April-Rose @Eva-QVC, too many times the pertinent information just isn't there. I was looking at a watch the other day and nowhere on the web page did it stipulate the sizes that "small, medium and large" equate too. I endured a 14 minute video to see if they specified and they never did, which I see as a failure on the part of the host. Instead of all the hard sell verbiage, both on line and on air, basic information would be much apprecated. As it was, I didn't order the watch because I didn't know what size to order...

I won't even get into the new website configuration which has everything on hold while we wait for videos or pictures to load and then, half the pictures are not subject to enlargement. All things considered, it's not a very positive shopping experience.

I agree, many times the photos are lacking online.  Somethine else they need to do is show jewelry ON a person for context.  Same thing for shoes, please show it on a foot.

I agree @Tantallum with respect to jewelry... Merely showing it sitting there is almost pointless, as is a momentary supposed 'close up' of a model wearing it... as is showing an item in one color when more than one choice is offered. They need to do better.

@Tantallum, I agree. HSN does this for their online pictures. They use a mannequin and it does make a big difference when wanting to order jewelry. Just seeing a picture of earrings or a necklace doesn't help, but seeing what they will look like on a person does.
