Why no small samples with fragrance or other beauty products? Other large beauty sites do this. It's disappointing to spend money on a product only to have to return. It seems to me the cost would be minimal and would be negated by new orders. It would certainly engender good will toward the brand and site.

I also wish the various skincare lines would offer a "sample kit" of their line of products so we can try them at a more reasonable price than having to pay for full size items, and the expense of returning them.

ProActiv offered a sample kit several years ago, I ordered it and found out it worked very well for me and have ordered full sized products since. I don't think I would have tried it otherwise as the full size kit was too expensive for me to experiment with.
