I have received at least three orders with no invoices in the boxes lately. Is QVC forcing us to use their return shipping labels? Really poor on their part.

I always write my address to return on cheap index cards from the dollar store, I never use their return label.

No one is forcing you to do anything.  Print out your own label to the correct address and ship it back on your own.

Oh come on! QVC is trying to make it easy for people who want to return merchandise pay more to return it by using their "convenience" labels and they think we're too dumb to notice. Well, may they're right.

if you look VERY CAREFULLY, you can find the return address to use, if you want to return it yourself without the $6.50 label, in teeny tiny type somewhere in the paperwork.

@Dvlcccslp   The correct return addresses are listed on the website.  Do you have a piece of plain white paper? Make your own.  If you need an invoice or a postage paid label, just let the mods know and they'll send you one.  Nobody is forcing you to do anything.

I have ordered from Amazon in the last few months and Not Once has there been an invoice in the order.

Nordstrom is huge with not putting anything in the box.  No receipt, invoice, or return slip.  Nothing.  It is a nightmare, because it  is not always available easily online either.  I had to call in the other night, and have CS email me a return slip and label to print.  He said my app was probably corrupted, but I got a new one.  I dont return things often, but Nordstromreally  makes it difficult.

Vendors don't usually have invoices to send.  You can get a copy on the website.

I can't remember the last time I used Q's return label.  It goes by pony express and can take weeks to get processed.  Most of the little that I buy is small so I use a flat rate priority envelope, print my postage at usps.com, and give it to the mail carrier.  I get better tracking and it seems to get processed faster once it reaches Q.
