Your new website with the black background is horrible. Very difficult overall to navigate. Please go back to your previous website.

The website looks the same to me.  Could one of the settings on your computer have been inadvertently changed, resulting in the black background?

@ducedog1   I'm not see anything like what you're describing on my laptop, iPad, or cellphone.  Not on the QVC app either.  Everything looks the same.
