If I wanted to increase time on-site, I would bury frequently accessed menu items; They may be doing UX studies, hence the nav changes.
There's a pattern of Safari users having access issues. Do you have the latest version of the browser?

I have 2 places that are to sign in. When I click the uppermost one, I get a drop-down with CS functions, however if I click on any one of the options, all I get is the sign on screen. Over and over. The only way I can get to order status is to type it into the search bar. Over and over.

Totally agree that the filter by change is not user friendly. I liked the old format where I could see the show line up. They are continually changing the website and not always for the better.

I have separate passwords for the forums and the website. If I log in on one, it automatically logs me into the other even though that password is wrong. I have to log out of the one I don't want to see.
