New sub forum suggestion

Please consider a new sub forum (maybe under TV and movies) for Celebrity News. This would be a place for the gossip and celebrity death notices that clutter the regular boards. It would cater to those who have interest in such things and those who have no interest would never have to visit it and facilitate a more pleasurable viewing experience for both groups.

While I understand your reasoning, I think the same thing would happen that happens now....CC is full of posts that actually 'belong' on another forum.

Posters will continue to post whatever on the forum of their choice.

You never know how strong you are until being strong is the only choice you have.

Honestly, I wish they'd get rid of half of these sub forums. They are redundant.

We don't need Customer Care, Q Talk and Suggestion Box. They should be combined.

As should Among Friends and Community Chat. There is nothing differentiating these 2 and who even knows what is supposed to go in these.

I'd love to see your suggestion acted upon @reiki604. I'd add music to the 'Celebrity news' too.

I agree about the Q Talk and all that, but not about CC and Among Friends. Generally, people are much nicer on Among Friends. It's nice for people to have a place to go when they don't want to put on their armor and venture into Community Chat.

I've often thought the TV & Movies section should be called Entertainment, which would include all aspects of entertainment - Music, TV, Movies, Celebrity News/Gossip, etc. I agree that it would be a better place for celebrity news/death notices, etc.

I don't think the forum is cluttered with that much commentary on celebrity news.

Seriously? It's really quite easy to skip over the posts you don't want to read. Problem solved.

Fyi, I'll post where I want. The vast majority are in the so-called correct forum. But, depending on the issue, I may post one where I know the most people, not where it might belong.
