Yeah, I don't see what's wrong with the existing TSV forum. That would work just fine for this purpose. More forums does not equal a better board. 
It's too bad a lot of people here don't know the purpose of a thread title or people could just start threads in that forum with 'Q2' in the beginning of the thread title. Good luck with that, though.
