New TestTube

I just received my new Test tube, while reading the orange pamplet magazine, i discovered that the page for Chaz Deans winter cleansing conditioner it proceeds to explain how to use the product. If i am not mistaken, i found the directions to be incorrect. According to Chaz his version on how to apply the cleanser is completely different than written in the test tube. Just wanted your beauty editor that this was misguided information. I love QVC and buy alot of products mostly beauty supplies. Keep doing a wonderful job.
