The new availability guide graphics are hard to read. The sizes are too small. Also, the colors are NOT clear as red, yellow, and green. The old graphics were very easy to read. Why the change?

Also, I find it a bit misleading the way the easy pay payment is now displayed very large, while the total price is tiny.

Re: New Graphics in TV Demos

ITA!!! I have an eye disease and it is now virtually impossible for me to read the new graphics. I now assume that the large print price is easy pay all the time, and in most cases the host never tells you if the price they are raving about is only a portion of the whole price! I pretty much shop online ..... love those lunchtime specials!

I agree. I cannot read the small print especially on my smaller TV. I think they are misleading with the small print so the easy pay price appears to be the total cost. Also even one host was commenting on the small, unclear colors for the availability guide. The older guide made more sense for people to figure out and for people to easily see it. I am just getting fed up with watching. I'll continue to buy items I can't get elsewhere and will just mostly check online.

The first time I complained to Customer Service about the info boxes on the left side of the screen being smaller, they insisted it was my cable company! Now I also can't read the availability boxes. Wonder if they know that everyone doesn't own a 60" TV??? {#emotions_dlg.confused1} I'm swearing off purchasing from QVC for other reasons though--I'm taking a LONG sabbatical!{#emotions_dlg.rolleyes}

The Q's been fixing a lot of things lately that weren't broken, but meanwhile, completely ignoring the things that badly need attention...

Go figure.

OP, you're absolutely right re: both counts----I have to use my glasses to read---this is getting too difficult----it looks blurry to me---I guess I don't really need to know and I have a big TV

I actually like these graphics better then the old ones. They don't clutter up the screen and you can see the items better.

The new graphics are definitely better then ones they use on the Lisa Robertson Show. Not only are they hard to read, but they cover up the bottom of the screen and make it hard to see the items. I feel like I am looking over a wall to try and view the items (especially when they come in close).

Re: New Graphics in TV Demos

The colors of the availability boxes are dreadful!!!!!!!!! Very difficult to discern. Please, QVC, do SOMEthing to improve those new boxes. Make them larger, change the color, whatever. But they're very difficult to read the way they are. The old dots were so vivid and so very clear to read. Why make it more difficult?

Change isn't always for the good. Come on QVC - go back to the old graphics so we can read them.

Re: New Graphics in TV Demos

Is this just in SD? I keep trying to find what people are talking about, with graphics and the panel on the left with the item# and description, etc, and I'm not able to see what some people are seeing. I have the HD version of QVC, though, so perhaps that's why. On HD, nothing looks different than it ever did for me.
