Please do the exchange like HSN does. For instance, I order a Small in a top.or jacket. But I think a Medium might fit better. HSN will ship you the medium and request you return the Small in 15 days. This works because sometimes the Medium will be too big, and I'm going to keep one of them, be it the small or the medium.
QVC loses on their return policy. Send the Small back and THEN they will ship you the medium. You are looking at a 20 day turn around. I have had this happen where the Small I was forced to send back fit better than the Medium. So now I'm going to have to return the Medium also and I end up with Zero item and I'm out the shipping and handling.
HSN's policy works great. If I go to a brick and mortar store, I'm going to take back 2 sizes with me to see which fits better. If I think it's going to sell out, I order both the Small and medium at the same time. I hope you will consider adopting that policy.
One more thing, HSN has always posted my reviews good or bad. QVC never did post my 3 reviews on the poor packaging on the Dennis Basso Santa.
Thank You

Why can't you just purchase both sizes from QVC, keep the better fitting one and return the other?

I thank you for your suggestion and will certainly pass your feedback to our logistics group. Makes sense to me!

@Leelee1123 Good idea but it may not always be financially feasible ![]()

Or just shop HSN if you like their accommodations better.

But how different from the HSN scenerio?

I think that's part of the reason the return process changed. Shoppers ordering multiples and sending back the one(s) they don't want.

There is really no incentive to do an exchange on QVC. You still have to pay shipping both ways on each item. What I do if I buy something that doesn't fit is order the new size and when that comes compare the 2 and send back the one that doesn't fit. Sending an item back and waiting for the new item takes too long and it may no longer be available in the size/color you want.

Maybe because it cost too much to send one back.
