What is more strange than looking up posts is a poster who comes with one or a few posts or posts one post once a year and complains about a host ad infinitium. There is something not authentic about that.
I don't get what people get out of this. Maybe they change their nickname once a year, become a new poster to make huge
complaints.
Then some come saying we should welcome all new posters. How bout someone who posts once a year or once every 2 or 3 complaining bitterly about something?!
I'm sorry but it never rings true to me.
So if you don't suspect anything about this, fine. I just think it is creepy and wish people would be true not impersonations of their latest personna. I don't like to see the forums and people basically lamboozeled this way.
If someone has something to say, I wish they would keep the same d... nickname and just say it. if it has to be chged due to tech problems so be it, people usually explain that. There are many disguises here I bet. But maybe it is all just a big playground to some, not real people Their next version of internet games.
Esp lately there have been an awful lot of "new" posters with huge complaints about one thing or another. One thing I hate is people who are not authentic and using these forums as a kind of game for whatever their reasons. Creepy.
And anyone who acts shocked or naiive or blames people about being suspicious and looking posters up is naiive or clueless and I am one of the most naiive I know!
Some people here are real and have always been and some people are not what they seem.
And I know, who am I or anyone to judge "who is real?"
but if no one wonders about someone who comes here once a year or 2 or 3 and does a hit and run with a slew of complaints, then that is just being the most naiive, gullable award even more than me.
Watch who denies this or takes offense and you will get it.
I'm starting not to care anymore except for some as real people here.
Just surprised at those shooting darts at someone who has the nerve or curiosity to look up suspicious complaints with just a few posts.

@San Antonio Gal wrote:I don't understand why the producers won't correct this bad habit. There have been numerous posts about her persistant name-addressing in each and every sentence.
Now wait a minute, while I agree with your post, Nancy Nancy Nancy has to get in line for this correction.
We are still waiting for the inner dance hall moves to be corrected first! There is no reason to believe all of these repetitious behaviors can be corrected all at once. ![]()

It's her constant "love you" that bugs me.

@jenneml , I watched her do a show with Laura Geller. She must have repeated Laura's name at least 20 times if not more. Also, she just didn't say "Laura", she used both names. It's the strangest thing I've heard a host say.
It's such a small thing for someone to help her by telling her. But, no one will. It makes you wonder if there is anyone who oversees the new hosts.
I don't watch to be annoyed. Buh bye!

@febe1 Thank you. It was a simple suggestion in hopes someone would tell her so that she could be a better host. Some, however, think you are "bashing/focusing" on her by making a suggestion. I am glad you also recognized the repetition and it just is not me. I believe others also feel the same.

Exec Mr Wilkes.....thank you.

@on the bay, you nailed it.
What I find comical is when two or three poster use the same unique phrase in their post. I can't help noticing then how these different personas interact. Not surprisingly they'll parrot and re-enforce the same POV.
It becomes an entertaining game, just don't know to what end.

Laura Geller, please tell me about this spackle. Laura Geller, how would you apply this blush? Laura Geller, did you know we are offering this to our customers at a special price? It's never just "Laura".
@PhilaLady1 - How odd that she addresses Laura with her last name too.

I posted pretty much the EXACT same thing aout a month ago. Obviously she doesn't look at these comments. Neither does QVC. We all have our hosts we like and those we dislike. I've been watching and BUYING for decades. She's the first one I have to turn the channel on.
