I don't like the vertical layout either. It was much easier when you could see all the colors at one time.  The new layout is not an improvement. Its just another roadblock to getting the color and size that you want. I did send my complaint to the "feedback" option below. You have to wonder who signs off on these changes or how much testing is done before updates.

I was hoping somebody would post a thread about the vertical situation ! I hate it too !  Just makes me wonder 'who' thought that was a good idea and why!?!?!  The horizontal view of colors was MUCH MORE user friendly.  Fix it back please !!!

I contacted the mods for help, but they don't have any idea as to whether or not this will go back to horizontal.  I think it's time for me to shop elsewhere.

The vertical versus horizontal issue is not that big of a deal to make me want to start shopping somewhere else.

Not quite.....I do not have the app.

I use QVC.com exclusively.

My color swatches are still horizontal.
