:Let me start off by saying I am 77 years old but don't dress like many 77 year olds.  All these "so-called" designers QVC claims are ridiculous.  QVC use to have real designers from Hollywood and NYC (they do still have Bob Mackey) but these QVC "designer" clothes from nobodys are pathetic.  Martha Stewart does make some clothes with style BUT you have a REAL designer on staff and don't know it.  AMY STRAN wears clothes I would give anything to wear and she always has upbeat and modern clothes.  Let her design stuff instead of Gary and SG.....no maybe not....I couldn't afford it, especially with shipping.  The dress Amy is  wearing today is adorable and I want one!

Do you think Amy designed that dress?  My guess most of what she wears comes from Nordstrom's and other stores at King of Prussia Mall.

@grooms   I agree with you in that Amy almost always look terrific!

However, there’s a huge difference between having great style & wearing clothes that flatter you, versus being able to actually design clothes. A true designer goes to design school and knows all the technical ways to make each garment work, fabric selection, sizing, specifications, etc.

Amy has an excellent eye, and could probably be a great stylist.  But that requires selecting someone else’s designs to put an outfit together.  That has nothing to do with having any talent whatsoever in being a designer.
