Posted a complaint and suggestions about a week ago, didn't know how to respond to the comments I received, as it was my first time. Called Customer Service & the only help there was to suggest that I just try a new discussion, so here it is, and sorry for the ignorance in using this forum. Instructions say to click on "reply" if I wish to answer a response, but I see no tab or box showing the word "reply".

I am not a "op and run" type person as some comments had suggested. Had some major dental surgery and wasn't up to responding any sooner.

Anyway, still have not received the replacement order I requested, have not been credited for that return and it has been at least 3 weeks now. Q says to check with my bank? No other explanation so far.

Under "Community Menu" catagories, the "suggestion box" is not really for complaints, but can't seem to find the right choices here. Again, sorry for the ignorance and/or confusion. Guess I can blame it on the pain pills?
