Mary Beth knows how to present an item and provide all the information we need to make a decision to buy. She givves us the details about the item.

Monifa started off as a very quietly spoken person, but that didn't work for QVC!  They now put her on with Jen Coffey, who's antics are unbearable.  I don't need exciteable, pushy sales tactics!

I wish she would pronounce comfortable correctly instead of:

comf-ta-bul

She emphasizes it as if the word has 3 syllables instead of 4.
