I just read the Isaac Mizrahi new book his memoir, it is fabulous. The most important thing to him when designing clothes is oroper fit for women of all sizes ,shapes and so when models come out in covered up shirts with jackets that are for sale yes that is a sales technique but he does ask to have the shirt, dress or extraxpiece etc, removed to showcase the item to be purchased. Isaac offers many clothes in petite .not all designers do. As far as the models wearing clothes too tight bonnie wears the perfect fit every time as well as blair, katia, there are always a few and i say it is probably the stylist and the models. IMO bonnie is not a 10 she is an 8 but the Q needs to fill the gap fir many of the sizes so of a person has to be stuffed into a size to show that item for the t.v. viewer that is what is being done. No excuse for the hosts like C.G. or J.T. or SK claiming they wear sizes that we all know just cannot be possible .

Totally agree that the sizes if the item on the screen is put up so fast it is barely enough time to view especially the small sizes. Most of the presentation is about the hosts oersonal opinions or experiences that i am not interested in and do not believe. The screen shows the value. I can read the price when i check out. I want to know about the fabric, the length, stretch, does it wash or hang dry? It it true to size .show the model front to back . The arm lenth, not interested in phone calls either or how many sold unless a color is sold out or getting limited. This is a business and ahould be run like on not a chatty coffee hour.I am spending money and I have something to loae 10$ if I jave to rwtirn the gameitem because the host tells me to go to the website ,wich is aweful by the way, for the measurement guide. Hosts should always present the viewer with measurements and models fits kije a fit giude. My money is seroius to me. I don't like to squander it around or waste it foolishly if i dont have to. The fit guide should be kept up much longer

Seeing the models in  clothing or knowing  their sizes is  never helpful to me. I am not built like anyone of them.

The few times a year I buy clothing from QVC, I go to the item's web page.  There I can see the exact size of the garments broken down.  I have large upper arms, so I need to know if I can get a garment over them without being tight.

I look up the upper sleeve width and also the arm hole size.  Sometimes a smaller size actually has more room in the sleeve.

I have never been disappointed in a garment's fit after checking the exact measurements of the garment before I order.

This method has to be 100% more effective than knowing a model's true size.
