Mixed Messages.

I get a promotional email from QVC, "New on QVC: Sneak Peaks and Special Deals" that was sent less than an hour ago.

 

I see "Hair Care on Easy Pay/ Select Offers End Soon." The accompanying photo shows two Volaire products. I click on the image. No Volaire products appear in the selection. 

 

I go to a general search and find the Volaire products, but they are not part of the special offer. Neither is on Easy Pay.

 

It is very annoying when the promotional teaser doesn't correlate with what's on offer.

 

QVC is not the only offender here; HSN routinely sends out emails with images of products that aren't even to be found on its website. At this point, I no longer even try finding them.

 

This experience does not correlate with pleasure. Just thought I'd let you know.
