Are you kidding about expecting a call from QVC? You have had since July to order the doll. You are expecting a heck of a lot from a vendor. You snooze, you lose! How in the heck can your daughter be upset about not getting the doll when Santa hasn't even arrived....

OP, so you waited from August until December 22nd without following up? The only way this makes sense is if this was an AO item and as hard as they've been pushing the 'Frozen' stuff, sorry, I can't fathom it... Incidentally, does your daughter read your email from Santa Q...?
