I'm very disappointed, I've ordered the frozen doll in August, and dec. 6 they sent me an email saying my account was not available. I didn't see the email, yes maybe that's my fault but I wish you folks could have make a courtesy call and we could have taken care of it. It's now dec. 22, and my daughter is out of a frozen doll that she wished for from Santa, and is VERY UPSET at the moment! I HIGHLY SUGGEST A COURTESY CALL TO ANYONE IN THIS SITUATION, iT WOULD HAVE BEEN APPRECIATED!

Good grief. What did you do between August and December to get this doll for your daughter? I've seen them all over the place so it couldn't have been difficult. Why should Q call every customer in this situation? Sure, it'd be nice but I can't imagine they or any company has the staff to make outbound calls for every situation. I'll bet they sent you an email.

Anyone who relies on any retailer to ship them something in December is, at best, naive.

It's only a toy and not life or death. Yes she wants it but there are times that you don't get what you want and all kids should be taught this as early as possible so they don't get devastated when they don't get what they want always! This is a good time for that lesson to be learned. I heard a little girl - maybe about 5 - tell Santa she really really wanted something but if he didn't bring it that would be ok to as he had so many gifts to deliver and was very busy and she would understand. Now that's a child that is being raised well!!!

Amazon is showing a number of different "Frozen" dolls. I'll bet if you contact them and are willing to pay for premium shipping, she'll have her doll for Christmas. Beyond that, I think you're expecting way too much from QVC as to a personal phone call!

Your account is verified and approved before you hang up with customer service. What is the OP trying to start with 1 post?

Don't worry, be Happy!

A pot stirrer IMO. She had plenty of time to get this doll. They have been out for months.

BTW, there's no such person as Miss Communication!! Did you mean miscommunication?

OP, you still have time to find this doll or something Frozen related. I was in Target just the other day and they had almost a whole aisle dedicated to the Frozen franchise.

I am a bit confused. Why is the daughter upset already if tis was to be a gift from Santa?

Hello, islandshai and welcome. Smile

Sorry things didn't work out. Did QVC say what happened or why that happened?
