@tropics21 surepost is not QVC's vendor. It is a partnership b/w USPS and UPS as Smartpost is a partnership b/w USPS and FedEx. Many companies use these shipping methods. Newgistics is the company QVC uses to pick up returns that are dropped off at the post office.
