Maybe if you got returns processed

Maybe if you got returns processed in a timely manner some of us waiting for a different size could get what we need. HSN is usually 4 to 5 days & they have a great option for you to do your own exchange. You just have to send the item you're returning in 15 days. 2 to 3 weeks of sending something back for an exchange? They are gone by then!

Re: Maybe if you got returns processed

I agree....recently I returned two Denim & Co shirts for a size smaller.  It took two full weeks, and instead of exchanging one of them from a XL to a L, I recevied one of them in a L and the other one in a 5X.  Really??  They came to me in the same package and I returned to QVC the same way.  What I got back was two packages and one in a totally wrong size.  So much for their new upgraded shipping facility!!!  I suspect it's robots and they can't read or know when there is a mistake.  Getting very tired of the shipping problems and loooooong shipping and return times.  QVC get your act together!!!

Re: Maybe if you got returns processed

Oh, how I agree with the absurd returns. One item never was never processed, so I waited the 10 days to call. I had to be reimbursed for an easy pay. Now I shipped a pair of Earth. boots back and they haven't been processed yet. We are on day four. I ordered two JR necklaces and they sent neutral instead of cinnamon! Another return! I didn't even ask for an exchange because I am sick of the poor service. I ship via UPS so I know exactly when a packages reaches QVC. I have been a great customer for many, many  years with an extremely low return rate. Lately, I find the clothing and shoes to be poorly sized. I rarely had sizing issues until my last few orders.

Re: Maybe if you got returns processed

Ladies:  I got tired of QVC'S game of holding up credits on return, I hope you all realize, the longer they hold on to a return and not crediting your account, they are making money (cash flow) and you are losing money because interest in compounded. SO..... I decided to not allow them to play with my money  24 hours after I drop my return at the Post office and received a receipt, I called CS and ask them to process my return.  Their computer will show that it was picked up by qvc's lousy company surepost, or perhaps wait 2-3 days, and CS processes my return. I refuse to wait for my money, bad business practices. I encourage EVERY QVC CUSTOMER TO DO WHAT I DO, PERHAPS THAN, QVC WILL HIRE MORE PEOPLE IN THE RETURNS DEPARTMENT. THE STORY ABOUT THEIR WAREHOUSE NOT BEING FINISHED IS TRULY LUDICROUS, WHETHER IT IS FINISHED OR NOT, THEY CAN STILL HIRE ENOUGH EMPLOYEES TO PROCESS RETURNS LIKE THE Y DID YEARS AGO. DON'T LET QVC GET AWAY WITH THIS ANYMORE

Don't understand why people shop where they have such issues with the processing.  It's your own fault if you continue to place orders and they don't work out your way.

Re: Maybe if you got returns processed

I will tell you why I do. I am partially disabled. Walking the mall is out for me & many others. If you live in a small community there's very few places to shop for clothes. I always loved shopping, but now my back can't take it!

Re: Maybe if you got returns processed

LMAO.   It boggles one's mind to think  it is fine for a company to provide credit that takes 2-3 weeks or more, or even at all, when that is not the norm, but the majority of posts to this blog regarding this issue is seriously overwhelming and people want their money back in normal fashion. "my encouragement" to customers to call for their credit a day or so have it is dropped off at the post office, is a great one, and most people will be "encouraged" to do so, as many didn't know they could.  Those who don't mind waiting "weeks and weeks for their money" are free to continue to waiting. My suggestion was a way to solve a customer's problems/issues, a problem QVC continues to fail to address for over 9 months.

Re: Maybe if you got returns processed

I find it odd that QVC would even do that.  Whenever I call to tell them it was received and give them the tracking# I still have to wait for the 10 business days before they will credit me.

Re: Maybe if you got returns processed

Unfortunately, you have many customer service reps who lacking training, don't comprehend their job, and basically incompetent.  You need to INSIST, I never had a problem. Use the return label, once you take the package to USPS, you must wait for a receipt, which gives the tracking number. If you don't wait for a receipt, USPS might lose the package and there is no tracking.  In 2-3 days, go to the USPS website, plug in the numbers of the tracking number, and if says "picked up by vendor", promptly call QVC CS and INSIST on a refund. It will show on their end that THEIR VENDOR, SUREPOST, picked up your package at the post office, and at that point they must refund you credit.  IF YOUR PARTICULAR CS REFUSES, HANG UP, CALL BACK CS, AND PRAY YOU GET A COMPETENT CS.  It is unfortunate that QVC, who has grown to big for its britches is riddled with such incompetenancy and bad business practices. Take the bull by it's horn, and handle it yourself, or you will be as frustrated as I was.
