Mally's Product Containers

Can I get a vote here on having QVC update and improve Mally's product containers. I spent the time to do my nails and received her two new eyeshadows I was looking forward to trying on, when opening the containers I busted two of my nails off. I can't image someone with artrititis trying to open these metal containers. I sent back the eyeshadows due to the containers. Mally are you listening?
