My suggestion is if you ask a person to sign up to received emails regarding TSV's, sales, etc. and the person signs up more than three times, you actually send the person what you told them they would receive

Many years ago I would receive an email every night about the TSV.  Often I would received advance notices based on what I purchase, such as L&L, Philosophy, etc.  Out of the blue I stopped receiving any correspondence from QVC except when my item has shipped.

A while back I got a pop-up when I would enter the site asking me if I wanted to received notices.  I added my email and then nothing.

A couple of weeks ago, the same thing.  I received two of these pop-ups and each time I entered my email.   Nothing.

I have no idea how to receive the TSV and advance TSV info, but if they ask if I am interested, I would hope they would send it to me.

I am totally disappointed in them!

What about "Reminders of Upcoming Programs"? I get a slew of them in ONE email. How am I expected to remember all of those shows? I signed up for all of them expecting to receive an email for each individual show ONE day in advance; not a bunch of shows several days at once. Yes, it is disappointing.

Money screams; wealth whispers.

@hellodali - I would love to swap places with you! I constantly get email messages from QVC about clothing and other products that I do not buy from this site, and no amount of clicking "unsubscribe" or changing my email preferences seems to stick. When I check my account, it shows that I am only signed up to receive order-related correspondence, and I wish that was all I received. Fortunately, it's easy to delete the messages without reading them, but it is a bit irritating nonetheless.

However, I did like the "Quisine" newsletter that used to be distributed monthly; it was nice to get a sneak peek of upcoming kitchen-related items and kitchen and food tips. I've searched the site many times for it just in case it only resides online now, but I think it has been discontinued.

And in response to your inquiry about signing up for TSV alerts: Have you checked your account settings? I'm not positive whether they "work" or not since I'm not signed up for them, but alerts appear to be available for TSV items by category if you simply mark the boxes.

@loriqvc-- Thank you!  I've checked all the boxes to receive everything.  The little pop-up says to give them 10 days, so I have my fingers crossed.

I really appreciate your advice and I'll post back in 10-14 days if I start to get anything.

I always loved to get the advance TSV notices especially the ones that would come a couple of days ahead of time of brands I frequently purchase.

We'll see.

Thanks again!
