MACRO setting does not work

QVC ... PLEASE  fix this feature.  It has never worked properly... but now it doesn't seem to work at all.  I have saved the screen names I post to the most with the @ symbol.  Initially it seemed not to work for screen names with spaces.  Now, as I have indicated, it does not work at all.  This is extremely frustrating.

I gave up on it because every time I tried to use it, it would blow me out of the Internet completely. Useless feature.
