Lunchtime specials and live chat, WOW !

I like to check the specials ( lunchtime and primetime ) each day and have not been able to get the information on many occasions. Today I tried to get help with the live chat and both times I tried I got the message the wait time was one minute, fifteen plus minutes for the first attempt and over seven minutes for my second. I have also tried phone customer service and I just gave up on that type of torture, so not a service ! Feels like the Q has other priorities than actual service. I would like to know if anyone has been able to get service in a timely manner ?

I was actually provided with the QVCSocialTeam@qvc.com by some other shoppers and within 10 mins., my issue was solved. SERIOUSLY, by the time I sent my email to the time I got a response saying it was resolved, it was 10 minutes!

@lovesrecess @skush That's odd they aren't there. I was up this morning about 12:30 and they had posted them, which a lot of times they will do after midnight. Wonder where they went.

So put "Lunchtime Special Pricing" in the search bar.

this is the result:

16159 results for "lunchtime special pricing"

I check first thing every single morning.

The "primetime special pricing" came up fine for me this morning

Lunchtime Specials just showed up (3 P.M.). Only 2 items showing.
