@Bonia12. Comments on your posts. Check product description for nutritional information. Look for tops described as tunics. They are always very long, too long for the average person.
Buy a small screen TV on which to watch QVC food shoes.

Sodium acts as a preservative in many processed/convenience foods so it will extend shelf life. That's important especially when it's a 'mail-order' food item. If low sodium is important then look at whole food choices elsewhere.

Most " prepared" foods, like Q food, frozen meals, are loaded with sodium. Q won't
ever be providing low sodium - or low fat low sugar foods. The Gourmet shows are on constantly and are obviously popular while they are extremely unhealthy.

Disagree....not everything is unhealthy.
I am keto and find plenty to suit my diet. Like @Kachina624 said, check out the nutrional info to find what fits into whatever dietary preferences you have.

You really have to go to fresh meats, vegetables and your own prepared sauces to get well into low-sodium.
Any of the frozen meals that include meat or cheese are going to have a whopping amout of sodium.
