I love all the Lock & Lock that I have and it really saves my vegetables and fruit. I would love to have a very large container for my dogs food. It comes in a ten pound bag and buy the time I have taped it shut or the zip strip has worn out the dog food is stale and smells. Please Please make a large container, thank you very much Ms Chris Prime, you are the best, wish I knew you in real life!!!!!

I have to say, I've never purchased the L&L from QVC, but I do have many with the same locking mechanism. In fact, I just dug out the larger one I picked up for potato salad because the lid snaps on tightly (it's not a L&L), and i don't have to worry about it coming off in transport. I see them all over and in varying sizes and they work beautifully. Locally, Wegmans carries other brands and the Lock & Lock (so does BB&B), so it's not exclusive to QVC.

Look around for the size you need; I'm sure you'll find it.

OP, if you will google L& L, there is a site that carries a good variety. I believe the name is Heritage.. Instead of the sets, they have alot of individual items. I have purchased there several times. They don't have the color pcs, or at least the last time I ordered they didn't.

Lock and Lock does have a very large size I bought it about 2 yrs ago that holds over 10lbs of dog food. I love it and wanted to order another but it isn't available. It also has wheels on it.

I would love them to make one on wheels that holds a 25 lb bag even though the size of the bag is not 25 lbs anymore

I have tried other brands with the supposed ""same"" locking system but found them to not be air/watertight at all; I will stick with my L&L!

I have some pretty large L&L containers that I use for the dog food. I buy 30# bags of Wellness and I have three containers into which I put the 30# of food. At one time I thought about wanting a container to use for the entire bag but quickly realized how impractical that would be. I could never lift it. So I use the three large containers that I have and it's easy for me to manage.

Agree with Lovesrecess that other containers are just not nearly as good as L&L. I've tried them all.

What we're saying here is that other stores sell Lock and Lock items, and at much cheaper prices (and no S&H).

As with many of their items, QVC is no longer the only game in town.

I recently read on Yahoo that Lock n Lock are not BPA safe. They contain very harmful chemicals.
