Learn the lesson of the new HSN web site

Dear QVC,

I've just popped over to the QVC community forum site after attempting to search for something on the "new" HSN web site. Please, please, please learn a lesson from what's happened there. Literally thousands of customers are voicing unhappiness about the HSN web site. It is horrible; completely NOT user friendly. Keep your web site user friendly as it is now and you will have learned a valuable lesson from the disaster of HSN.
