When the host says,someone will call before delivery,someone will bring the item to your door and other promises ....they either have not been given the right information or just took it upon themselves to assume. We purchased a large screen T.V. that we love, but ,noone called and the U.P.S. person that delivered it was a petite woman who had no way of carrying it up the steps. Have the hosts beter informed!!!!!
