Whenever I search, such as Diamonique and I click on an item, then I go back because I want to continue to look, it bring me right back to the very first item, not the item that I had clicked on! You can fix that, so please do it..It happens all the time. I'm on an apple ipad,,l

i am on windows laptop using chrome and this happens to me also.
the solution for me is to right click on the item and choose open in new window.
the original stays where it was the i can just close the new window when done viewing the item.
i googled issue for ipad and several solutions came up.

I do the right click too but it doesn't always work so great with my Macbook.
I think what was even worse - for awhile there whatever item you'd click on when you went back that item would be first in the list of items so it made it even harder to go back to where you were. Grrrrr!

It does the same thing to me on my desktop system, to the point that I just close the page and look elsewhere.

Yeah, their IT is really hurting. Sorry QVC. I've been with you for years and will always be but the IT Dept. needs some new stuff...

Okay, We rescue cats nailed it.
I was just gonna say it may cause some folks to just not buy whereas if this issue did not happen, they would have made purchases. This post kind of said it.
I'm a cat person too...but that's neither here nor there. We had a black cat. uh.....she was really something. She had many different calls. She would, "talk" to us upon waking. What a doll.....they don't last as long as humans so we had her around 20 yrs.
