Same thing here, order placed on May 6, except mine is still in processing.  I'd like to know what they do in QVC's shipping department to make orders take so long.  Sounds like they need to adapt a more efficient system to process orders.

I don't understand why our orders take so long to ship either.  If I have a slow one I do cancel.

What is even slower for me is almost anything I return.  Maybe it's because I live in AZ and everything here has to go to a warehouse in Sparks Nevada which has the equilivent of the Bermuda Triangle Cat Wink

Could it be that some of the items are being shipped by the vendor and not from QVC? I would imagine that would add on to the shipping length.

All the items in my cart that sat there for over a week were from Denim & Co., so you can't blame anyone but QVC.  They were not advanced orders, just regular orders.  I think the processing department at QVC needs some drastic help!  If they are going to charge excessive shipping, they need to refund all the shipping charges when they fail to deliver as promised!  But, that would be something a company with true standards would do.
