Is the Color Change Function Coming Back?

I just noticed I was able to view all the color options on the model by "clicking" through the colors. (I was checking out an IM dress.) Is this coming back? It is such a simple thing but I really missed it. I hope it stays!

I didn't know it went away. I've always been able to view the various color choices. Must be your browser or computer.

@Kachina624 That is interesting. Lately, I've been using my IPad but I do not use QVC's mobile app. I like the regular QVC.com website. I wonder if that causes the issue. Thanks for letting me know!

@rrpell, I use my iPad all the time through the regular website, not the app, and haven't experienced the problem you're having. Have you rebooted?

I don't use my air pad, or the app. Just my desk top.

I have lost the ability to change color selections. So, unless there is a video - meh.

Thank you for the suggestion to reboot. The good news is because of this, I managed to do something I've been wanting to do for a long time, use an external back up for all my photos and remove them from my iPad. That made me happy. The bad news is the color change function (still) doesn't work.

However, it does work on the QVC app.

I don't suppose QVC has a tech help line?

I know, it does lose something without the colors.
