I feel the same on both counts.  The new hosts are not as professional as the older hosts.

The interrupting is what I don't like.  I'm okay with the half-tuck.

There are a few gracious hosts that don't interrupt - like Rachel Ellis.  Rachel actually lets the vendor finish a sentence.

I wanted to watch the Harry Slatkin Elton John presentation at 2 PM. Slatkin cannot stop talking. He interrupts and dominates the conversation. He will not let the host talk. I'm turning it off.

I have to agree on both issues. Interrupting is disrespectful. The tucking thing reminds me when my brother was young and in a hurry when he got out of the bathroom and only got the front of the shirt tucked in.

Totally agree as RE is a good host and does let vendors talk. Sandra is one I can't watch as she constantly interrupts and talks a mile a minute where you can hardly understand her. I notice even the rare moments the vendor is speaking, you can tell she's just itching to pipe in asap!
