Please coordinate the graphic with the item being presented. I often watch with the sound off and rely on the information shown. It is aggravating to have to stop what I am working on to find the correct price etc. I understand some delay but it is often wrong for almost the entire presentation.

Solve the problem yourself by turning the sound on.  Then you'll know what they're doing and why.  I have not seen this happen so it can't be frequent.
