Inconsistant Sizing

I have purchased many things from Q.V.C. and in most cases been very satisfied.Also I have returned very few things over the past years.Lately,I have returned 4,clothing items,due to inconsistent sizing,as well as other flaws,such as poor workmanship.I hate returning clothes! What I found so great about ordering,clothes,was that each time I knew if it was the same company,it was a sure thing.This is no longer the case.It has really disappointed me lately,to know that I can no longer be SURE,if it says one size,will it be that size??? Please take a serious look at this problem,I know if its happening to me,I am not the only one!!
