Incomplete product descriptions

Starting to see more and more often incomplete product descriptions.

Couple examples:  New Harry Slatkin sets of 2 soaps in three different options.  None of the scents were detailed.

And most recently:  new faux gem heart earrings by Joan Rivers.  Absolutely no mention of any sizing, i.e. length and width of the earrings.

This matters to me any way in deciding whether I want to purchase so hope QVC will return to better, complete product descriptions on this website!

Re: Incomplete product descriptions

I agree with you.

It's especially frustrating when the on air presentation doesn't give complete details either.  And when they tell you to go to the website for product information and there isn't any.

If the AI Assistant option is available I find it to be pretty helpful most of the time.

Keyword:  NEW

They're probably trying to get new items up quickly as they come in and will go back and complete after they're all uploaded.  Many companies do that.  Better to have something up to sell than to do go one by one and slow the process.

Giving complete product info would mean fewer personal stories, acting out, yelling, and useless chit chat. Heaven forbid hosts act like professionals and actually focus on selling products.
