Has the Q ever considered giving an incentive for customers ordering on .com?  If you consider the time it saves the staff taking orders on the phone, plus phone time, maybe it would be worth a try? Perhaps free s/h, half off s/h, a percentage off the item? Thanks for your consideration.

@pattypeep  I don't know if they still are doing it, but when I had Prime Amazon several times offered me $1 on a future purchase if I'd accept a longer ship time.

 

Sad to say, I think if that's what QVC offered the Forum would be highly negative.  Me?  A dollar is a dollar - as long as it doesn't work like a lure to get me to shop for something I wouldn't otherwise buy.

That would be great since that's the only way I order. I don't want to talk to CS to place an order. Besides I always use Mr. Rebates while shopping online.
