OK, so here I am getting read to turn two sweat shirts that I received that I just tried on and they're too big.
BUT I can't print out a new invoice (printer not working).....and guess what? I've already send the invoice that came with these two shirts because you included many other items in the box and I used the invoice and return label for those items.
I think if we have to pay $3.50 for every item it isn't asking a lot to ask you to print out a separate invoice (like you used to do) for each item.
I know (for you) it's all about saving money. How about giving your customers a break and do that ONE THING?
My guess is there are people who don't even have printers. I do have one but I can't get the thing to work.
So, I'm going to hand write the item number down on a large piece of paper and include it in the box.
How about that? Good grief! I've run into this before but then my printer was working......
Maybe this is your way of keeping people from returning the item.

I've hand written them before. No issues. yes, separate invoices sound like a good idea.

Now QVC is putting everything in these big boxes. Yet (unless it's changed) we are supposed to return some items in different places. How's that going to work?
You only get one return label. Sooooo I've taken a page from them. I just pile all of these clothes in one box and slap a $6.95 label on it.
I used to put one item in one plastic white bag over and over. No more....I'm a slow learner...takes awhile...but I usually do learn.
I've also copied the huge printout they give me when they've put as many as 5-8 items in one box. When I send the stuff back I just stick those labels in the box.
It just takes a long time to get credited for the returned item.
I still have a few days.
So, I don't know how many of you know this but the item number is written on every piece of clothing you receive from QVC.
Just look inside the piece of clothing. Sometimes it's printed on the other side of the label that says QVC. But it is in there, just keep looking.
Just like your print out. It will start with an A and have the number next to it.

Most public librarirs have printers you can use.

It would be convenient to have a seperate invoice for each item, but I have never received a seperate invoice for any online purchase. If I purchase from a B & M store, you usually just get one receipt as well.

No other companies send invoices so QVC does what is considered the norm.

You can write all important & pertinent info that would be on the invoice on a piece of paoer and send that inside the package without problem...INCLUDE: order #, item # & description, your name & address, reason for return or exchange and if replacement give new size, color, etc. You can also write a mailing label to attach on the outside of package...include "from:" your address and the "to:" address and tape securely to package or box, or write it directly on package with permanent marker. 😊

My Visa and you don't agree for you are not separate. It is hard to figure out for they are separate.

Yes, they do. It's actually not an invoice as the OP is calling them but a receipt.

What Scorpuo1971 said. Occasionally I lose an invoice and have to return something. I go to my order online and print out the info she listed. It may take longer but I always get my refund. I still use my customer number, which don't think is really necessary. I don't own a printer and I'm not driving 30 miles to the library.
