They give us bells and whistles with no real reason, and the basic forum seems to have many issues.

Did anyone test this before, I think not

You are 100% correct, this new format is horrible, I can't find any specialized forums I used to read and post on except for the Pet Lovers forum, like no WEN, just "beauty". I will most certainly not be reading or posting much on the Q website anymore, and if I don't want to read the forums, I won't be shopping much, either. Just another death rattle from the Q, way to go, guys!

I don't enjoy this format like I did the old one. Why change? QVC had something good going for them, but ruined it.

If you were going to get rid of Viewpoints and WEN...why not have mentioned that in all your updates QVC!? Truly disappointed and this new sytem is hard to navigate. I feel like I am in a room alone...knowing other posters are on the other side of the wall....yet not being able to see them UGH!

I guess the PTB asssumed this change would be greeted and accepted by all.. that's wrong! Talk about drastic, hardly resembles the old BB... put it back but makes improvements to the old one.. boy oh boy, shipping and handling will go up now to cover all of this huh? LOL LOL
