I'm not sure who's bright idea is was by removing the s&h charges online but it needs to change back to the way it was!

You are not a Nordstroms, Boston Store, Macy's who charges one total at the end of your order....you are the Q who charges per item and takes 50% off each additional item if it even qualifies for that 50% off.

Why are your policy changes so sneaky??? First you just removed the measurements and no one knew, now you removed the s&h charges per item...what are you trying to accomplish with your customers.......oh, wait, you must have too many customers/orders and you are trying to tick most of them off. Must be nice to have so much business that you can do what you want?

No one likes surprises! and that's what you are getting when you check out, I want to know ahead of time....I sure hope this changes and changes fast....

OR

Change your policy that orders $99 or more (like similar dept stores) ships free and orders less than that ships for a standard flat fee.
