Hats right, can't attach a reply to a post with my ipad. Have no idea why but do wish the would fix that plus the subtitles.

When they pushed back the launch date for their "new, improved" Community experience from June 11 to June 15, right then it was a red flag that this was not going to go well. I guess they should have pushed back the rollout even further, so they could have fixed this hot mess before subjecting us all to it.

This probably won't show up, but my replies aren't posting and I'm on a desktop.  Received an email from QVC that the technicians are aware of the problem and working on it.  I think perhaps they should have pushed back the launch another week to make sure all of these kinks were worked out before they invited users back in.
