I am guessing you choose Full Size??? I posted one at Medium and I noticed it was fuzzy when i enlarged it on my ipad. They are high resolution pics. Posted from my MacBook Pro. I figure by the time we get the capability on our iPads I will know my way around that toolbar!

Many places automatically compress HighRes photos to save space. As you may notice on your iPad, photos are big data files. If thousands of people are uploading HighRes photos, the servers would get overwhelmed. Facebook does the same thing. Any photo or video posted to Facebook is not going to be as high resolutions as the original.

I probably used the wrong terminology. I just noticed that when I inserted at medium or small the image was fuzzy. I am experimenting on the Mac. Whatever FB does doesn't compress to the point of fuzziness for me. I did just learn something--I posted the pic using my Mac. Then I went to see how it looked on my Ipad. Tried to edit the text and it took out the photo! LOL! So I went back to the MAC and reinserted it again.

Data storage costs money. Facebook is a site solely dedicated to social media and sharing pictures and videos. That's what they do and that's where they spend their money. The QVC forums are a very small sliver of the QVC business and only serve a very small percentage of QVC shoppers. The budget has to be reflective of that, which means the data storage is also reflective of that. If you want better picture quality, you can host the image elsewhere and then link to it from the forums. That way the picture resides on the server that allows for better image quality and the forums are simply displaying the image, not storing it.
