It has been awhile since I emailed them but I decided to email them since a waitlisted order I had I cancelled and yet it still shipped. I emailed a few days ago and still haven't heard back. I just can't remember how long it normally takes to get a response? TIA!

Hm, sounds like our Customer Service team may be a little behind. If you'd like, you can e-mail us instead, our e-mail is QVCSocialTeam@QVC.com. I'm in today and can take a look at this for you myself so long as it's before 3:30 when I leave for the day, I should be able to get this taken care of for you pretty quick! ![]()

@Kachina624 as if it is any of your business, I prefer email so I get what they say in writing as I've had a CS rep tell me on the phone one thing and turns out it didn't work out that way. So I learned my lesson the hard way- get everything in writing because even if you have the person's name and time/date of when you call, it still doesn't matter.
You might not want to worry so much about how others handle their business so it doesn't cause you undo stress like it apparently does.

@Brittany-QVC Just wanted to let you know I did get my return posted and it looks correct (i.e. Didn't subtract return shipping and gave me back the original shipping). Thank you for all your help! It was nice to not have a hassle. Hope you had a relaxing and safe Thanksgiving. ![]()

@HappyDaze Oh good news! Yes, I had a wonderful Thanksgiving, it was very relaxing and well spent. Probably one of the best Thanksgivings I've had yet, because we weren't running all around! Just a nice small dinner with my husband's family! Hope yours was relaxing, enjoyable, and safe as well!

@Brittany-QVC that sounds like the perfect Thanksgiving to me! We had a nice, quiet one with me, my husband and my parents so it was nice and quiet and relaxing. We don't do any shopping or anything- just count our blessings and enjoy a good meal together, play some board games by the fire and then watch A Charlie Brown thanksgiving. ![]()
