Re: Hosts Presentation Style

i agree that the presenters have become overpowering to watch.  If there is more than one be forewarned.  They talk continously, talk to fast, all talk at the same time (very distracting) and really do not present the item.

I want a discription size, color, feel, use of ruler (measurements), discuss how to clean, a good over view of the item your selling.  I do not need to hear how i can use it for 20 minutes, they are just repititious.  Discuss the item.

It seems they are there to have a party, at times i have to turn it off and move on.

Please get your presenters in line so they learn how to sell an item with a full discription and not just idle banter.

@louisiana

You don't need to forewarn qvc watchers as we all can see the presentations and draw our own conclusions.

What's with being a new poster and all you've done is complain?

David is mumbling, slurring, and speaking so rapidly under his breath. Sometimes I think he's making inside jokes.

That's the only thing I can think of as to why all of the hosts and some OAPS are screaming...screeching...yelling. Woman Frustrated

     I agree!!  An immediate channel changer, even if I am interested in the product presented!

Re: Hosts Presentation Style

That was Jane & she's always dominating the show.  She's always talking non-stop so much you have to hit MUTE to watch those presentations.  I can't watch her shows anymore.  The last Shoe Shopping I felt sorry for Courtney.  She couldn't get a word in to save her life!  And that comment "it's the only order of the year" makes me want to scream.  We know that already!  Argh.  It irks me that she's on so much.  I just have to change the channel.

Re: Hosts Presentation Style

So true. Perfect example tonight on Tara Tesher show. At one point they had 5 ladies all talking and laughing at the same time. Couldn't understand a single word. Sounded like a bunch of chickens in the barnyard all clucking simultaneously. Just can't watch presentations anymore.

Re: Hosts Presentation Style

 It's funny to me that so many of the long time viewers have NOT figured out how to watch (if you choose) but to engage the MUTE button.

Re: Hosts Presentation Style

When I purchase a product from the Q it has nothing to do w/the hosts presentation style.

It's the product. And I have purchased very few products in the last year. Reason: Cost and reading about the slow deliveries.
