Please have the host shop before or after the work time. Many item details have to be searched online because they are focused on their personal desires. Describing the substance and weight or dimensions as well as showing the reverse sides would be more helpful .

I had to go online to find out about the items. i don't think they even described the items in the last show.

Agree 100%.  I gave up ordering because I could not get the information on the item because the host was so out of control ordering everything.

I agree. I just finished a post about Shawn Killinger shopping for herself constantly. I was trying to watch the Peace Love World show and I had to change the channel it had become the Shawn shopping hour.

The “ordering” on air is a sales tactic only. Clearly it’s not working for everyone 😎.

I think it’s fun and cute when they do it. It makes it a little different to watch, and I like it!

Many complaints on QVC FB about this practice.

Facebook is the best place for complaints. These forums get "locked down" & deleted. Facebook  let the hosts know, as well as TPTB

YES, this on air host ordering is an instant turnoff.  If goal is to increase sales, it is absolutely NOT wor king with this buyer.

I am a fan of Shawn, but she ordered every single item (in multiples) on air. in the peace, hope, love show .  It was so disruptive that the vendor had to do her job and was joking about it to get her attention back to selling the product.  I don't know if it was too much coffee or what the problem was, but it was completely out of control, immature, and unprofessional.  There used to be a rule that hosts could not order until after the show.  Now that the personal shopping is getting in the way of presenting the items, perhaps it should be reinstated. Smiley Happy
