Host Picks - love these (and other compliments)

I see most of the "suggestions" are complaints so wanted to provide some positive feedback too!

 

First, I love the "Host picks" and have purchased several of them.  I've come to see what hosts I have similar taste as and they're comments (hopefully they are genuine!) are incredibly helpful to me.  Apparently, I have similar taste to Shawn (love her fake tanner) and Jane (who I didn't expect).

 

Second, I think you've done a great job overhauling the look and stigma around online shopping by bringing in unique and boutique brands and more stylish clothing.  I'm a "young" 50-ish person who is shopping solely online lately for clothing and such.  I've purchased the cutest jeans and tops here (Laurie Felt, Kit from the Kloth among other comfort wear such as Anybody).  I am not embarrassed to recommend QVC items to friends as there are so many well known brands and products for fantastic prices the stigma of online shopping is really improved.  I personally think it has a lot to do with your selection of hosts.

 

Lastly, I really think you should change the name of your "Suggestion Box" forum to "Feedback Forum" or "Customer Feedback" if you want to solicit box criticisms as well as opinions about what is working.  The word suggestion implies that we need to suggest a "change" which is what it's been used for.  It might be nice to have a forum that welcomes both the suggestions as well as input from those who are actually satisfied.  I doubt many satisfied customer even click on the "lSuggestion Box" because of the way it's labeled, so you are only received one-sided suggestions and not two sided "feedback".

 

Looks like I did have a "Suggestion" after all Smiley Wink.  But overall, very satisfied with the site and recorded presentations to help me with my shopping selections.

@Mrsq2022  I like your style, and I don't mean in clothing, I mean in handing out kudos instead of gripes. It may be easier to complain, but I always feel better if I appreciate--which is great, because feeling better is what I really want in the first place!

I have to say though that although I had major shipping problems with an item I ordered on June 13, then sitting at a PO about 50 miles from me for several weeks, when I finally contacted CS and told them about it and didn't want the item anymore, I received courteous apology and no questions asked, refund. When ever I have contacted CS they have always been wonderful to me. Never any flack or questions back about returns.
