Does anyone know how to get a remote for the Home Reflections candles? I bought the metal lantern with taper candle H267379 and didn't realize till it was too late to return that I did not have a remote for either one included in the box. Frustrating to say the least.

I bought two sets of these on as is and one set did not have a remote. Unfortunately, it's a very specific remote. I have over 40 various remotes and usually one or another will work with most of my things. Nope, not these these, they will only work with their remote.

Mine came as is and the way they were packaged they should never have been resold. One set was wrapped in tissue paper, very thin tissue paper. They were rattling around in a way too big box and I had to glue the pieces back in place. I did call about the remote and condition and I was given an additional discount. Neither set had paperwork from the company.
