Lately the styling on the models is bordering on ridiculous. Couple of examples: Kate last night during the Marc Bower show in the faux leather vest with a sweater under it with some sort of summery shell-looking beads and cropped pants looked just silly. Monday night on PM Style Kate was forced to wear the "very Hamptons" (per Lisa) get-up of the D&C blazer with a cravat and riding boots. Kate is a lovely model but these outfits looked bad - even on her.
Stylists - stop putting these costumes on the models. We don't need to know how to dress as a "biker" or for a polo match. We don't need to see everything belted and dripping with faux jewelry. Tone it down. Keep it simple.
