On December 21 I returned a Dyson that I got the day before that did NOT work on thick carpet like it showed on the video. There still is no tracking!!!!!!! I have been promiced a refund for weeks and still nothing!!!!!!!!! I am sick of being told it's coming!!!!!!!
"Beth" sent me an email after my first written complaint here saying she took care of it. Not true!!!!!!!
I will close my card and stop shopping here. I will also try for help at the post office. This is totally unacceptable!!!!!!!!!!!!
QVC, do something!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Clarify what you mean by "still no tracking". I'm not sure if that means it hasn't even reached QVC yet.

I am sorry that you have not yet received the refund that was issued to you. I have sent you an email in regards to this.

I'm not surprised you haven't heard anything yet. Big item returns seem to take forever. How about posting this in Customer Care to Beth's attention?

Whenever I have made a return I get a confirmation of receipt from the post office. Even if using the QVC return label. You can track the package almost immediately based on the number that THEY assign to your package. I have found that it doesn't update in the USPS database showing "in transit" for several days to over a week, however, it shows that they received it so as long as they have it and I have the receipt, I'm confident that eventually it will get back to QVC. During the holiday rush of shipments, I wouldn't be surprised if it takes weeks to get back to QVC to get your refund. It most likely isn't QVC not issuing the refund, they just haven't received the package yet.

Rarely do I ever just use the label and send the package along. I make the trip to the post office and they give me a confirmation and tracking.
Years ago I did my own label and insured it especially if the item was over $100 but with the ability to get a receipt from PO, I no longer do that
It sounds like it will get resolved

The mile long tracking PO # still shows in route. I always go in and get a reciept also. Monday I will go in and ask the po to help me.

I am pretty sure that the first time you posted this complaint that the majority of us told you that it DOES take much more time than you are allowing for your return to be received back and account credited.
You just returned it on 12/21. There were two non-working holidays since then plus Sundays.
It can take up to 3 weeks for me to see my credit.
It is an unfortunate fact about returning an item to Q ESPECIALLY when using their label.
You will totally be wasting your time at the Post Office. In most cases, it is turned over to a third party carrier when you use the label.
The Post Office is DONE with it when it leaves there. Sorry, but they will not be able to help you at all. They are not the ones tracking it any further.
If this is unacceptable to you, and I would certainly understand it could be, then yes.
Shop elsewhere. No one would blame you.
