HSN return surprise

I didn't know where to post this ,so I chose suggestions.

Maybe The Q can do this too.I gave a HSN return pkg to my mailman late yesterday afternoon and this morning I found I had an e-mail from HSN stating the post office received my return and it will be processed quickly.

It was nice to get a notice from them that they know I am returning it and that the PO has it,and gave me all the info. on it.

QVC can do this too.It beats weeks of waiting and checking on QVC returns myself.
